Course Description

A beautiful course surrounded by majestic red pines and camphor trees

Bridgestone Country Club, opened in 1957, is a historic and authentic 18-hole championship course designed by Tokuyuki Miyoshi. Measuring 6,371 yards with a par of 72, the course stretches across approximately 550,000 square meters of scenic hilly terrain in Tosu City, Saga Prefecture.

The front nine (OUT course) is relatively flat and allows for powerful drives, while the back nine (IN course) features more elevation changes and undulations, demanding strategic play and precise shot-making from golfers.

The club also boasts excellent practice facilities, including a 200–240-yard driving range, a putting green, and areas for bunker and approach practice. The clubhouse is well-equipped with a restaurant, large public bath, locker rooms, lounge, and competition rooms, offering a comfortable and complete golfing experience.

Signature holes such as No. 11 and No. 17 stand out for their water hazards and valley crossings, combining scenic beauty with strategic challenges. With a course rating around 71, it provides a satisfying round for both beginners and advanced players.

Popular lunch options include the fillet steak set, traditional Japanese meals, and soba noodles—offering great taste and generous portions.
