Mishima Golf Club

Mishima Golf Club, located in Nagaizumi in Shizuoka Prefecture, is a stunning 18-hole, par-72 course that opened on October 1, 1978. It is owned and operated by Pacific Golf Properties (PGM). Nestled on the southern slopes of Mt. Ashitaka at an elevation of 300 to 500 meters, the course offers panoramic vistas over Suruga Bay, Mishima City, Numazu City, and even Izu-no-Kuni City

 It’s easily accessible by car—just about a 10–15 minute drive from the Shin-Tomei Expressway's Nagayama-Numazu IC.

The course was designed by Yasuharu Nakae, Sakae Kosano, and the esteemed professional golfer Isao Aoki. As a gentle, strategic hill-style course, many holes allow a direct view from the tee to the green. The greens are notably fast with undulating surfaces, demanding thoughtful play and appealing to all skill levels. 

Facilities & Services

Practicing golfers will appreciate the driving range—30 yards across with six stalls—as well as dedicated practice areas for approach shots and bunker play.  The golf carts are Yamaha models equipped with GPS navigation and score input functionality for a seamless experience. Other features include a pro shop, a restaurant celebrated for its fresh ingredients straight from Suruga Bay, and an automated check-out system that makes departure smooth and efficient.
